Custom & Import Duties
- Please be aware that Bluglare cannot control any customs and import duties applied to your package, this is your responsibility.
- By law all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.
- If you refuse your delivery, you will still be held responsible for the original customs fee, import duties and the cost of returning the package to Bluglare. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Bluglare glasses, however, if you change your mind for any reason, you can return your glasses within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns and exchanges are subject to:
- Return within 30 days with receipt of purchase
- You are responsible for return postage to us
- Refunds will be credited to the original account you used to pay for the glasses
- The product must be new and in a resalable condition
- If you return a pair of glasses that were part of a bundle offer your return will result in a reduced or removed discount, depending on the original bundle offer
- If you exchange a pair of glasses and then return them for a refund, a cost of $6.95 postage fee, will be deducted from your refund
- You can only exchange your glasses associated your original order once.
- Bluglare are not responsible for any loss or damage of a parcel during transit.
